Descriptions
The coil winding magnetic tensioner can be used for tension control during the winding process of various wires such as enameled wire, nylon wire, metal wire etc. It can be used to produce coils and some other products when specifically matching with the winding machine.
Comparatively speaking, this tensioner has a simple structure and low cost. It is one of the most widely used tensioners on the market.
Features
1. The quality of the magnetic tensioner is decided by two key parts: one is the magnet and the other is the bearing.
* Magnet: Generally speaking, the more pairs of magnets you use, the better precision you will get. And Qianhe adopts up to 16 pairs of high strength permanent magnets. Then it can create damping through magnetic field transformation and torque changing. It has no mechanical friction as well so that it can generate long term and stable tension. On the other side, we adopt a high strength magnet so that the tension range of the tensioner can be greater and the application range can be wider.
* Bearing: Qianhe adopts NMB high quality bearing with smaller resistance and longer service life.
2. Groove design: this can effectively prevent jumping wire during production to ensure finished product quality.
3. Each set of product should be strictly tested before delivery to ensure absolute precision uniformity of the tension scale and tension degree value. When one winding machine requires multiple tensioners at the same time, this will be convenient for debugging and installation of the operators.
4. When the winding machine works normally, the tension should keep pace with back tension. Our tensioner is equipped with a manual nobble which can be used to adjust the value of back tension, so that the adjustment from the operators can be free. So the winding machine can be used for winding which should adapt to square frame or of which the winding speed changes rapidly without causing wire breaking.
5. The specification of the tension rod can be selected according to customer requirements.
