Tanaka is a professional winding machine manufacturer from Japan.

Before cooperating with us, the air nippers used by them were provided by a Japanese supplier. And the air cylinders were from SMC. Both of them were relatively expensive. In 2007, Qianhe established cooperation with them via business development. They showed interest in our air nippers.

Later, Tanaka sent a person to pay a visit to our factory in order to gather further information about our production quality. Impressed with what they saw, they signed the order. And we started to provide them with custom air nippers according to the specifications of their winding machine.

The cooperation with Tanaka is still going after 10 years. Besides the air nipper, the tensioning device, winding nozzle, wire stripper and some other non-standard parts are customized by Qianhe. Tanaka is satisfied with our product quality and cost performance. They are the customer of Qianhe with largest order quantity.
