Nidec is a professional automobile motor manufacturer in Japan. Qianhe established cooperation with this company in China in 2013. Then we established further cooperation with the branch of Nidec in Vietnam, India, Poland and some other countries.

Take Nidec India for example, they came into contact with us in March, 2018 for the customization of a series of motor winding nozzle with threads. This kind of motor winding nozzle features fine threads so that the processing is quite difficult. Thus we use superior steel alloy which will be processed into the shape required by our customers. Then the semi-finished product will go through vacuum heat treatment so that the hardness can be up to HRC60 to satisfy the comprehensive requirements of our customers on the motor winding nozzle.

Nidec conducted strict inspection after receiving the samples. They appreciated our product quality and made an order.
